In order to loose weight, a lot of girls refuse to have a dinner, which is wrong by definition. When you decide to not eat after 3 or 4 PM, you leave your body without any nutrients for about 16-18 hours, which slows down your metabolism and the process of loosing weight. To prevent a damage to your body and organism, you just need to eat a proper dinner. The last meal shall include light and low-calories ingredients.
Dinner should include protein and fiber. They are not only useful for your body, but also are able to quickly saturate you without any harm to your figure, since they do not contain a large amount of calories.
